The St Helen's branch is rubbish. Not much left really. Loads of bras. None that looked particularly nice though. Was a bit gutted because I use a wonderbra I bought from there as a sports bra (you try getting your boobs to move when they're wedged into one of those!!) and I wanted a new one. Lots of cosmetics left but they all seemed to be opened.
Nothing seemed very cheap either. They were selling all the fixtures and fittings too and there was a price label on a broken, very worn table for £40!0 -
Warrington about 40% of stock. vitrually no XL or L left in store. jeans for men 30 to 36 only.
virtually no cookware, which is only 30% off.
very few mens coats, only size 12 shoes left.
womens, not really sure but not a lot. no toys that i could see.
a bit of bedding but not cheap.
staff unsure when its closing but was told its taking the sloppy left overs from some stores that have closed................ Have you ever wondered what

Hull store was 70% off today. Darn it I went in yesterday and bought a heap of clothes at 50% but never mind. Got £520 goods for £107 (yes I remembered to get my tenner off). Got a King Size Slumberland memory foam topper for £24, blinds and curtain poles, duvets and clothes. We even got a canvas garden parasol priced as it didn't have any label on - turned out to be 45 pence!! Wow now that's what I call a bargain!
Not much left. Some blinds and curtain poles, a few kids clothes, ladies shoes and what's left of the curtains. Mainly ladies wear. 13.5 tog single duvets £3.89. The staff are brilliant and really pleasant and upbeat considering they have lost their jobs.
Closes Sunday but doubt there will be much left. Quite crowded of course but worth the queues. Being a total bargain addict I am off tomorrow for a final rummage.0 -

There was 50% off lowest marked price on all the clothes earlier this week, not a great deal left though, got a couple of ladies' tops for £3 each. I think this was off accessories & make-up/cosmetics too but what was left looked a bit ropey. (Preston)0 -

Thanks, do you remember how much was off homeware?
Edit - Been this morning, waste of time, brought 1 thing which i regret buying now.0 -
If you go by Hull the 70% off everything starts 3 days before closure. Went in today and got £190 clothes for £41 (from original prices). Husband pleased as lots for him for next summer. I wanted a couple of plastic storage boxes they were selling off for £3.89 each but got stressed by the queue puffing and blowing behind me so didn't bother then went out mad with myself cos I would have gone over the 50 quid for another fiver off voucher so they would have been practically free! That'll teach me to bother about tetchy people!!
Not complaining though have some great stuff and used vouchers 3 or 4 times so they came in very useful. Hardly saw anyone using the vouchers though so reckon only those of us following this board probably spotted that. What a great forum this is
BTW for those of you umming and aaahing about waiting for 70% off I have analysed my booty (yes I really am that anal) and reckon some of the stuff I got a 40% off was a better bargain because it was sales stock that had already been reduced before the 40% went off as well. Stuff I have bought today was mainly at full price with 70% off. So it's swings and roundabouts as they say so grab the bargains while you can.0 -
I was in the Hull store today (Saturday) very little left, did manage to get a roller blind with 70% off, everyone was doing the same as me ringing home and asking their partners etc to measure the windows.
Girl behind the counter said Sunday is the last trading day in Hull0
