  • oral contracts are not fully enforcable and the are very difficult to prove in a court of Law. try giving a digital signature to a solicitor when you have an agreement to sign they wont accept that.

I never assumed that everyone was disagreeing or disagreeing with me I just asked people to take a look at the Video

The Judge was arrested under common law and released

Whether an oral contract is enforceable depends on the evidence, though they are barred for certain contract types. So far as enforceability goes, do let Getty know that they won't have to pay their $11.1 billion damages award to Penzoil. It was one of the largest ever awards as a result of the breach of an oral contract. Bit late now, though. Getty lost their appeal and paid up.

"Electronic signatures are now as legally binding as hand-written ones". There's no reason for a solicitor to accept an electronic signature when you can sign, though it's very likely that they gave their own electronic signature when carrying out say the searches for a home purchase, agreeing to pay their cost.

If Mr Hayes hasn't yet paid his council tax I assume it's because he lacks assets or collection hasn't yet happened. If he has no assets and gets no income then he'll end up a discharged bankrupt still having not paid his council tax in eight months. Seems a bit drastic as a solution for those of us with assets, though.

There's a lot of interesting information in that video for those who aren't familiar with what money is, though it does seem to treat it as a problem when it's not.
