Have we had the bit about courts not being able to punish you because you do not have a contract with them, or that you are not your name or something? If not I'm sure it's coming soon.

Anyhow, most of the money I deal with is just 1s and 0s in computers. As long as those 1s and 0s are given to me in exchange for my services and accepted by others in exchange for services and goods then as far as I am concerned money does exist.

As for coins, again I believe that this money exists and if my belief has no convincing metaphysical foundation I don't care as long as the vending machine takes my coins in exchange for a Cadbuy's Picnic.

If everyone else (including the vending machine) suddenly agreed that money does not exist then it would be very inconvenient but I'm sure I could cope wih a simpler life of exchange and barter, might have to get a bit more business-like with the chickens in the back garden though.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

That is quite correct Council Tax is totally illegal, as a matter of fact this year in march 2011 a judge was arrested for it and the chap did not pay

This is great news. I've just told the bank I don't need to pay my mortgage any more.

However, I've just come home and all my stuff is on the front lawn and my keys don't work anymore. What did I do wrong?

I saw the video, 'arrested' by an eclectic mix of skinheads, libertarians and hippies who invaded a court and which has been cited as incontrovertible validation of the eccentric views held by some of the participants.

I haven't seen if this case has been brought to its full conclusion.

It can and has been done, but you need to follow a few procedures first, first you must understand the bank does not own your mortgage, you actually paid for the mortgage in full when you signed the paperwork believe or not, it is one huge scam and people are waking up to it

But what you forget to add is that man has been made bankrupt for his trouble...
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
