On second thoughts why not see if you can get a discount code. Off your next order, a wee 10% could be useful sometime.

I don't really use Ebuyer a lot, that's why. I'd have to purchase something for the sake of it, as they would probably put a very short expiry on it

    But thanks anyway :money:
  • Aside from appealing to their better nature you are probably going to have to chalk this one up to experience.

Are you sure it is still not going to be delivered today? It's not even 2pm yet!

I am sure, they have stated that it will be delivered tomorrow and it states on the tracking site (parcelforce) that it is in the national hub which is apparently in coventry.

Ebuyer are unlikely to get a refund from the carrier as part of thier contract due to the low rates they get, so any full refund does completely hit them - in saying that, they have assumed you would have taken the next delivery service instead of the free one - you could have said you were only in today and the tier down would have delivered when you were out...

I have contacted Parcelforce who have stated that they only received the parcel at 2.33am this morning which is waaay too late for delivery, so this is why it will be delivered tomorrow.

I phoned up and have now been refunded more than my full delivery charge :D
The guy asked no questions. So I don't know what the first rep was on about with her policy in the enotes that they only refund the surcharge.
