i put in for the 14 day free trial and i have just looked at my bank account and they have taken £75.00 out my account! i only gave my bank card details to pay for the postage!

I now cant find a phone number to cancel! feel so ripped off! does anyone know the number?

Exactly the same thing has happened to me.

I have emailed them and cancelled the credit card that they stole the £75 from. What can I do to get the money back -- does anyone have any advice.

I just do not know what to do.

How have they stole it from you? it will say in the T's&c's that they will take the full amount after the trial period.

Can someone tell me if cancelling your card (reporting it lost or stolen) worked? There is no way that they can access your account and take money if you have does this?

Cancelling your card will stop any future payments coming out, yes.

But just because you don't pay for somethin doesn't mean your not liable for payment. Please check their terms and conditions, make sure you in not in some sort of recurring deal/membership deal --- if you are, make sure you cancel in accordance with their cancellation policy as soon as possible.

Then in future make sure you read T&Cs. If a deal looks too good to be ture, it probably is!

This is such a scam. You can forget about getting the money back, i've tried to. I like yourself only paid for the postage, but little did we know that in the terms and conditions it reads that £75 will be charged if not cancelled within 14 days. I have emailed to them and spoken to them. They have cancelled the subscription. But no luck to get teh money back, they couldn't give a shh.. I also spoke to my bank and they said they couldn't do anything as I had not read the T&Cs. Here is the number 08447454433, you'll be luckly to get through but believe me they don't care.

Lesson learned. Diet pills are for people who can't be bothered to exercise and stay healthy. There are no short cuts, and companies like this prey on lazy people.

Too lazy to read the contracts they are signing too
