SIMSTOGO card registration
Hi
I have purchased a sims to go phone card and I need to register it now. It asks for a 19 digit serial number inserted online as the example shows. My problem is however, I have a 20 digit number with no example showing! I have tried inserting it only to be told that it is not correct. Can anyone advise me please. I tried calling customer services but they are to return my call and it is taking forever.
