    I'm a multiple homeowner with no children.

    And I love HPI more than a fat kid loves cake. :)
    If you love reading an article about HPI based on vested interest figures in a dodgy tabloid then you really are a sad and lonely man. In fact, id go so far to say obsessive and probably in need of councelling.

    Its sad how you can enjoy profiteering at the expense of seeing others suffer. Tell me Hamish, are you also one of these persons who leaves lights on and doesnt recycle because you'll be dead and gone before global warming effects you, we run out of landfill space and have used all the Earth's natural resources?
  • It was a great article....tiny green shoots we have all been expecting!!

    I expect house prices to really start boogieing again now!!

    Its always been hard to buy your first house....whats new now??

    Even fat kids know deep down that cake is not doing them any good over the long term.

    Gotta admit, this describes me pretty well.

    yesterday's front page was about a health scare: 'NOW SALT IS SAFE TO EAT'.

    today's was about HPI.

    bets on subject matter for tomorrow's lead story:

    (a) Diana/Kate;
    (b) Tax;
    (c) The weather;
    (d) Another health scare.

    The smart money is probably on (d).
    FACT.
