My sister got married 2 weeks ago, rain was forcast & it did throw it down in the morning, but stayed away the rest of the day. After speaking to her photographer the day before, she sent a text to a load of her guests asking them to bring their prettiest/brightest umbrellas, so even if it was raining, they could get some pics outside, with pretty umbrellas included! Maybe you could do this, so even if it is raining you can get some outside shots & i think it could look pretty!

The thought of rain does my head in as there's so many parts of the zoo I want photos in...and OH is really keen on one particular spot on the far side of the zoo...don't fancy trekking through the rain for that! I made the mistake of doing some googling and found that October is statistically the rainiest month of the year :(
