HI i upgraded my mobile through phones4u on 8th April 2011, when i recieved my upgrade mobile it was faulty so i sent it back......this happened 5 times. so last week they offered me an alternative mobile which i recieved yesterday and that was faulty. is there any way they are breaking legal codes as i upgraded my mobile in april and have only used it twice since then and im using my old mobile, which the tariff im on doesnt support the phone. thanks

You must be desperately unlucky to receive 5 faulty phones!
You have to give them fair chance to rectify the problem (5 times is more than fair) and then you are within your rights to request termination, hand the phone back and walk away. This might be easier said than done though0 -
easier said than done......150 phone calls, they wont terminate my contract as it was upgraded in april (i didnt realise every phone i would recieve would be faulty then did i?) im loosing paitence lol0
