You should get in touch and ask why on earth your husband isn't invited (and her god son for that matter). If you are happy with her response then fine, otherwise tell her to stick the wedding where the sun don't shine.I don't want to achieve immortality through my work, I want to achieve it through not dying0

she obviously knows you are married and knows when your anniversary is.. to book her wedding on the same day and what seems like demanding you cancel your party makes her out to be a bit of cow to be honest!
It does however sound that if she really is one of your oldest and closest friends then her fiance has a problem with either you or your husband by the way he spoke to you on your wedding day.. if she has not invited your family on the basis that her fiance said not to etc etc then more fool her for marrying the bloke.
I'd ask her outright what its all about if he has a problem etc and if the !!!!!! hits the fan (excuse my expression!!) then live knowing you and your husband are truly in love and are married for the right reasons and her husband is a total and utter kn0b and she never really was a very good friend should see you happy!0 -
Ask why he isn't on the invitation and take it from there.............if he's not included then don't go, she's not the friend you thought she was!0

I would find it incredibly rude and I would decline, telling her exactly why. From Poland...with love.
They are (they're) sitting on the floor.
Their books are lying on the floor.
The books are sitting just there on the floor.0
