As I clearly said, I was not saying anything towards you. It cannot be said that the posties on here do not back up their employers to the hilt which is very odd. Adding me to your "block list" kind of sums up my point.

Again, read what I posted, I havent misinterpreted anything as I never said anything towards gazebo. I have had nothing but trouble with RM and find them useless. Sorry for stating my opinion.

I take it you are a postie? It would be interesting to hear the explanation on why a "sorry you were out" ticket was just put through the door without them even bothering ringing the bell. You dont appear to have commented on that part of the original post.

I've had a few run ins with customers over the cards,
the "you never knocked" remark always gets me,
i always say why would i not knock as i've now got to carry this around with me!
one irate bloke asked for his parcel in the street after accusing me of not knocking, his face got redder when i refused to give it him unless he gave me the card back and he'd left it at his house!

Read rachel27's post above, it happens. You are right, it makes no sense but this is the umpteenth time I have heard this. Its Not coincidense.

Just to update - I informed Amazon and they have immediately sent out replacements for the two items ordered from them and indigostarfish and are reimbursing the money for the third item (which was from another seller but fulfilled through Amazon). Hopefully, they will submit a claim to Royal Mail as it was RM's fault but only the sender can do that.
