Hi,
For the last few months, I have been having problems with my cashback from Phonehq. They keep on saying come back next month get the cashback and they don’t have money in there account, which isn't my problem. I have just recently found out that they have closed down. I owed at least £175. What can I do?
Thanks in advance

Hi, i've also been having problems with Phone Hq and i now know why thats to the above post saying they have closed down. When i used to go down i had the same response come back at the end of the month because we have no money in the account. Can anyone advise me on how to go about getting my money back.

if they have ceased trading them afaik you have pretty much no recourse to anything. However if they are still trading then you should initiate a claim through the small claims court.
Also if they've gone into liquidation then its just as bad as you will be one of the last to see any money after the banks and suppliers etc get their money. Read about forward cellular in these forums a long time ago.
This is exactly the reason why many people with mobileshop and others are so wary about when deadlines pass and the reason why you should always be on top of every cashback claim and their associated dates.ummm...0 -
Remembering the dealdines was not the problem, it was their problem as they always said to come back later because they had no money in their accounts. Im from coventry and their coventry branch has closed because they were doing somethin dodgy. Can someone please confirm if their shop in birmingham is still running.0

If you find out please post the result here.
