Note that the 2.60% bonus is not an annual amount. It's an extra 0.51% AER. They also don't appear to be paying you anything for the last two months of the holding (July and August 2016).

If you hold the Account until the Account Maturity Date, you will receive your Initial Investment back, plus the Fixed Bonus and 100% of any growth in the RPI between June 2011 and June 2016. The RPI figures for June 2016 are published mid July. We use these figures (to two decimal places) to advise you of your final account balance ahead of the 31 August maturity date.

It basically mirrors the NS&I product without the withdrawal flexibility (although you can get round that by transferring it to another provider mid-term, subject to absolutely no interest being paid).
