Hi
Does anybody have a telephone number for the web relations team. Heidi has offered to assist me, however I replied to an email yesterday and not heard back so just want to find out whats happening and get everything resolved once and for all.

Do you not think that people will stop calling Voda's useless 191 line if they know an alternative number where they can really get some support?0 -

They get hundreds of emails a day and are a small team. You have to give it more time than a day.
Also, some call centre staff work 3 days on 3 days off. So they might not even be in. . .0 -

I appreciate what you are saying, however after battling for nearly 5 months patience is wearing a bit thin. This is not me having a pop at Heidi just me wanting my issue resolving as swiftly as possible.
I've just contacted the 191 number and they could see her notes so have agreed to do the exhange so now it looks like its all sorted. :j
Hopefully this will take one issue off her desk and she can help somebody else.0 -
I didn't think you were having a pop (but by the sound if it you have good reason!)
It could be also that they have other area's they have to cover. I can see from their random appearance on here they must only come on when there's no other work for them in the cc.
I had a similar job a few years back, it the management that don't allot enough time or resource to these things that create the problems in the first place. But, of course, their at a level where they never take calls or really understand how a call centre really works, they've just been put in change of it!0 -

Just to give you a bit of an insight into what we do in Web Relations at Vodafone, we work over Facebook, Twitter and me and my colleague Lee work via external forums to provide customer service for those who need our help. We then receive the emails personally and help to resolve the issues.
I monitor the forums daily but as I don't always work weekends, sometimes I pick up the posts on Monday. If you or anyone else ever need my help, you can always contact me via the email address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject. I will always do whatever I can to help
