Suggestions for cheap, healthy, vegetarian pack lunches

Options
Can I have some ideas for cheap, healthy and fairly easy to make pack lunches for a 4 year old please?

I am not an earth mother type and will not/cannot spend hours in the kitchen cooking organic meals or anything like that.

Also, would prefer vegetarian lunches if possible.

Thank you!

What wrong with sending them with sandwiches, fruit and veg cut up? Sorry, am not a mum so i may have missed something vital apologies if I have but I had sandwiches from age 4 for my dinner with veg sticks, (raw carrot, cucumber etc) and fruit and some orange juice in a beaker. Problem sorted?

No, not completely, my son will eat egg and dairy but no meat or poultry if possible.

If your little person isn't eating any meat I think you should sneak Marmite into or onto as much as possible.

on a sunday evening, make up some falafal, and some rice balls with rice, eggs, cheese and some herbs or spices

you can have these throughout the week if you keep them in the fridge and intersperse with sarnies, cheese, egg, marmite and houmous is really the range if you have to be veggie, you could do salad sarnies but theres no protein

Quiche is a good, quick option too. Not extremely moneysaving, I know, but the supermarkets often sell them on offer for £1. I find I get a lunch for me and 2 lunches for my 2 littlies out of that. They don't usually have too many nasties in if you check the labels, just some maltodextrin which isn't bad, per se, it just fills them up without adding any calories or goodness.
