I have a similar problem in that i burn a file to CD-RW and during the process it becomes a Read only file.....meaning i have to format the disk to delete the file.
VEry irritating, so if anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated!!0 -

It's because you cannot edit files on CD-RW disks. You have to erase the file(s) and start again.0
