    If the company doesn't ask about BR, and you are discharged then I'm pretty sure you don't have to tell them
    Is this corrct can any one confirm please, I thought you had to tell them.

    i am a discharged BR and have used Aviva for the past 2 years.Last year pain the lump sum this year by installments.They never asked about BR so i never told them.They were cheaper then all the comparison web-sites.

    Just to let you know we went with sheila's wheels and it worked out £400 cheaper than the co-op. Thanks everyone

    Did they ask about br and were you allowed to pay by installments?

    No they didn't ask about BR and yes we are paying by instalments. Got a pretty good deal

    I would check the t&c very carefully as I seem to remember them not being very BR friendly.

    Thanks dojoman paperwork has arrived what exactly am I looking for in the t&c, would it be a specific paragraph have to look at or just look for the word bankruptcy any where
