I tried to use a conditional spend Co-op voucher today but was told they no longer use them or Aldi's. This was at the Customer Service desk. Has anyone else had them refused recently? Considering contacting T's about this if it was just me they tried to fob off

Im new to using coupons so if this isnt the right part of the board-please direct me to the right place.

My question is I have two vouchers at the moment-a £2 off pampers nappies and a £4 off a £20 Sainsburys shop. They both have the "cannot be used in conjunction with another offer" on the t&c's...does that mean I cant use them together or does it mean that I couldnt use them if I picked up a BOGOF offer for example?

use the £4 off £20 first - especially if you spend just over £20 ( spend £21 less £2 pampers = £19 , they may not accept the £4 off £20 coupon )

Hi, sorry, I also have a wee question. I've seen a few people mention £2 gift cards from Mr A and Mr T CS - when do they give these to customers, and do you normally have to ask for them if the circumstance meets the criteria?

from what i've read, i think its if your over charged on somthing (and they check it and you have) they give you the money and a gift card with 2 quid on it, im sure one of the other member could steer you right about it

i got over charged once £3.50 for a medium jar of dolmio  and they gave me the diffrence and a gift card

Yay success! For anyone who remembers the Gillette razors from last weekend, DH bought 2 and was refunded just the difference. Took both receipts back in just now and he innocently said that when he got home his wife said it should have been DTD. CS lady immediately agreed and refunded £14 onto his debit card!
