We don't really know when they will change other by the expiry date on the coupons, sorry.

Usually someone just notices a change and tells everyone on here

Didn't mean it rudely, just seen the same question asked quite a few times. Unfortunately none of us knows when they are going to change them, so it would be helpful if it was added to the SSM vouchers post.

Great find MT, had this on my Mr T's shopping as they have it on offer for £1, so Mr S's price of 76p is miles better :T

I am thinking there may be a coupon to be had for Ocean Spray, hopefully this is a link to their Facebook page:-

    https://www.facebook.com/oceansprayuk?sk=app_161823867218938#!/oceansprayuk?sk=app_178452928883570

You need to "like" the page then go to "click here to enter code" (lefthand side) I havent got a carton of Ocean Spray so cant put it to practice. If you click on "comments" on their wall, one of the comments seem to relate to a coupon, maybe pdf although the other comments seem to be complaints that it is not accepting their codes. I know it might be a longshot but perhaps someone who has a code could give it try please.

    without coupon
and it was the plain and self raising

Thanks, I got some self raising, so will make some scones.
Had my silly head on (again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and thought it was bread flour. lol :o

Not a wasted trip as I got another 2 bags of nuts - free almonds. :money:
Sainsburys had some "be good to yourself" rice puddings (tins) reduced to 10p, but may be store specific. Loads of soups reduced also if anyone is heading there.

OMG those Almonds are so yummy, I would recommend avoiding the wasabi ones unless you like a lot of spice !
