Can anyone who works at Mr T's confirm whether there has been any changes to the till buttons for non-scanning conditional spend vouchers?
Usually you use the non-scan coupon button, then competitor spend button and then there is the list of retailers accepted.
This weekend the cashier was unable to get to the retailers list and of course the teamleader that he called for help didn't even know that they took non-scan conditional spends!!!!!
This is after my recent promise from head office that this store would ensure that staff followed the national policy and that I would have no further problems using conditional spends.:mad::mad::mad:
Needless to say, I stood my ground, despite the glares from the couple waiting in the queue behind me. In the end I showed the teamleader my previous receipts showing the conditional spend coupons and he agreed to take them on this occasion :eek::mad::eek:
Of course I told him that I had an e-mail from head office explaining which competitor spend coupons they would accept and he asked me to bring it in for him, as he had only just become a teamleader and would like to see it.......so usual standard of staff training then :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Both the hash browns and rustic chips are £1 in a's so 50p a pack yay :T i do like hash browns.
