I recall in the past that some had the M's CS coupons refused because there wasn't a M's nearby. I think the response from CS was confirmation that they accept CS from competitors as long as the competitor was nearby. So MK you may have been trouted 'correctly'!!

I posted a while back that I had my £5 M's coupon from the paper refused by T's as their wasnt a local M's. I phoned HO and they phoned the store who said it was down to the managers discretion whether they would accept them!And obviously that manager wouldnt. I am going to try again though and if they refuse it ask exactly what the distance is supposed to be to be classed as near. M's is the same distance as me to T's and neither are that far:mad:

just to let you know that the sharwoods coupon is still printing. have just printed another two having already printed before but p.c needed a reformat. It does say at the top of their page that there is a new closing date of 31 August.

Yes, tesco got it wrong again.

There is no such rule that Sainsburys has to be near your store to accept a conditonal spend coupon. This happened to me once, except it was a Morrisons conditional spend coupon. I complained and got a gift card to make up for the mistake.

Re the fabreze, if a coupon doesn't scan, the SA can type in the numbers and it should work, failing that they can put the coupon thru as a non scan.

So complain away, tesco were wrong on both counts.:(:(:(:(

Just wanted to say Curiously Cinnamon cereal is £1.50 at Asda, therefore £1 with coupon. Full price £2.09 at Sainsburys.
