Hi, hope everyone had a great weekend. I've just registered on the Dairylea link but there is no mention of a coupon anywhere. I received an email from them to confirm registration and have clicked it. Do they send you a coupon after this? TIA:j:T Gorgeous twin girls born 1st Nov 2012 :T:j0

will answer best i can, where's CW when you need her:rotfl:
as long as you had the right febreze then no reason the couldn't take them and yes they can add them manually, were they scanning the right barcode i usually find that scanning the wrong 1 ornot sub totalling the shop before scanning are the 2 things that stop them scanning the most and they do get their money so telling you porkies there.
not sure about the having no sainsburys near but i don't think thats right . as per leter in 1st pages no mention of needing the stores needing to be close.
a complaint should yield a gift card though so poss free shopping.
brilliant shop by the wayI think I got trouted, but want to confirm before I phone HO.
Just been to T's 2 do 2 shops one for me and one for dad. I had 1 M's CS and 1 T's CS for each shop plus 1' S cs for mine and a load of other moc's APG and JTD.
Put dad's through first to make sure they would take both CS together, she had to check with nice super who I've been told to ask for if i have problems and not nice super who I've had problems with before. Anyway said yes should be ok as they are both different. :T
Anyway come to my shop and they said they couldn't accept the sainsbury's CS as we don't have a sainbury's near by. Is this right? I thought it was company policy? Then my febreze moc's wouldn't scan even though I had bought them, said they couldn't override with these type coupons as they wouldn't get their money back. Again is this right? She sugested I phone HO about the febreze.
Any advice from you excellent people would be appreciated.
although I do feel hardfaced complaining over £6 when I got £54 down to £8, but it's the principle.0 -
Darn that I missed the Dairylea strip cheese moc, I am far too old for those things but I do rather like them
My local Sav*rs had Dettol Surface cleaner (500ml) for £1 (bottle says 'only £1.29) but they have a whopping great yellow shelf barker advertising it for £1. So 50p if you use the Dettol moc :j
My local Mr S annoyingly didn't have any men's Sanex roll ons, and after being given the third degree in Wilko's about my coupon at the weekend don't really fancy going in to get any more thereDid however get a 500ml Sanex Shower Creme for £1.37 - 50p Sanex moc = 87p! Oh and Finish Quantum 20's 1/2 price in Mr S too, SSM have a £1 off coupon so £2.45 for 20, plus I just got a box with a money back offer....so as long as I do that - free!!!

I recall in the past that some had the M's CS coupons refused because there wasn't a M's nearby. I think the response from CS was confirmation that they accept CS from competitors as long as the competitor was nearby. So MK you may have been trouted 'correctly'!!
I could be wrong, so I'll search to check.

I can't find anything recently on the forum search - just similar issues back in 2009/2010. (does nothing change?!!!)
Munchkinz, I'd call/email CS and ask for clarification. CC xx0
