    The Halifax transfer form is not a totally online process - at least it wasn't when I did it in April this year. I had to download a form, fill it in manually, then post it to the Halifax. Is this what you did?

    Also, after successfully transferring an ISA to the Halifax, their online system may initially indicate that your ISA is full and no further deposits can be made. This may correct itself after a few days, otherwise you'll have to ring them to fix it. HTH

    If your "remaining allowance" with the Halifax Direct Reward ISA is incorrect, then visit a local branch and ask them to follow it up with their head office as a formal complaint on your behalf, otherwise it may take weeks or even months to resolve.
