Orange r pants

I have been having trouble with my orange signal I receive in my home since April. I used to get a full 3G signal but now barely get 1 bar 2G. After numerous phone calls to orange each time being told the local mast I connect to was down and should be back up by umpteen different dates they finally contacted me today to say the mast I connect to at my home address has been decommissioned!! Never again will I receive an adequate orange signal in my house. Is there anyway to get out of a mobile contract if the service you are paying for is not being provided?? The orange man on the phone said no as it's in the T&Cs that they can't guarantee service.
I am going to put my complaint in writing but wondered if anyone had any ideas.

If the mast has really been decommissioned, you can have some luck by complaining to their executive office. Search the board for the address.

I'm not sure if it will solve your problem, but they were doing something that would allow you to connect to a T-mobile single, if there was no orange one available.

perhaps you could look into that?
  • I have my phone set to auto network and it alternates between orange and orange tmobile but I never have a signal strong enough that will allow me to maintain a phonecall
