Check December NTL bills carefully!!

NTL are finally combining all their services onto single customer accounts. I got my first combined bill on 19 December 2006. The bills include what they describe as a 'debit adjustment' to harmonise the billing periods, as they weren't all in synch before.
My additional charge should have been about £3.50 but they charged me £18.60. I got through to a nice lady fairly quickly who has reversed the whole £18.60 off my account though.
So check your bills painstakingly this month (as usual???!!).
