Hi Retired lady as explained that only applies if you don't fit other crieria, so please ignore it as with your condition you seem to fit other criteria.
If you see question 11 for example, it says about needing help for more than three months, your answer is yes, so you don't even need to look at question 12.
Question 12 is only applicable If you do not fit into other criteria, it does not apply to you whatsoever, and you are entitled to claim for DLA providing you are not 65 or over.
