why would you want to block/hide a particular thread?

I know that you can hide whole sections of the forum i.e the whole of 'Pure Money' or the whole of 'Work and Benefits' but I haven't seen a way to block/hide just one thread.

If you are using the old look/style site.....
When you are on the main forum page look to the far right of the forum name you want to hide. i.e Pure Money. It's in line with the name and is a little blue box with a couple of arrows in it. Click the arrows and the whole of the forum will hide, the arrows then point down, click them again and the forum comes back.

Only trouble is it hides all the sub boards in that forum. I just wish instead of hiding the whole forum that we could choose which sub boards on that forum we could keep visible.

Anyway, hope my instructions make sense :D

The easiest way to get a thread blocked is to ask dmg24 to post in it...

    (Sorry dmg, couldn't resist) :D
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

At present I do not believe this is possible ... but I understand your question and it's something I would certainly find useful if webby & his team could ever arrange this :)

ok what you do is find out where your power cable is coming from your laptop/desktop trace it to the plug on the wall turn of that plug

al threads will now be hidden:cool:

You can also do this in the current supported forum style :).
