Grabbed a leaflet from my local dentist today and noticed it said (in the small print) you need to send an "official completed application form" along with the receipt. I'll leave the decision up to you whether a hand written version will do.

They better send it or i'll be sending my product straight back to them (after cleaning my toilet) :rotfl:

Received mine from Amazon.co.uk, but came with 2 prong plug, had to use an adapter.

    Anyone else see the same?

Yep - same here. Not a problem for me as I use one on my shaver too.

ALL bathroom electrical goods BY LAW are supplied with a 2 pin plug which fits into a shaver point socket.

It is ILLEGAL to supply with standard 3 pin UK plug.

That's why it came supplied correctly.

Not the same model. That is a cheaper 4/5000 series.

EDIT: SOMEONE ON HDUK WAS SOLD A 9000 SERIES...THINK THAT MIGHT BE A MISTAKE IN THEIR LOCAL MAKRO THOUGH...

I phoned Boots.com customer services because I thought they had sent me the US version. The girl said to send it back. They sent me another without any explanation that its supposed to be like this.

I then went into a Boots store and a shop assistant said I needed to buy an adaptor.

Philips Sonicare Elite HX7351 toothbrushes were £99, but are now half price at most retailers.

Then if you go into your local dental surgery before the end of December, they should have a leaflet on the counter to send off for a free gift:

Send off your till receipt from either Amazon, Argos, Boots, Comet, Currys , Dixons, John Lewis, Waitrse, Sainsburys and Tesco, and Philips will send you either a Ladyshave (RRP £20), Shaver (RRP £20), 4 in 1 Mens Grooming kit (RRP £20) or Travel Hairdryer (RRP £18).

I've just received my requested Mens Grooming Kit and they have substituted it for an upgraded 7 in 1 kit! :T

Offer open until 31/12/06, claims should be received by 31/01/07.

Anyone got a spare leaflet to send off for the free item they could send me please????

I purchased a HX7351 from boots a couple of weeks before Xmas, so hopefully will be eligible for the offer!
