Tunisian Dinar

I am going to Tunisia in 12 hours does anyone know what the rate is for 1 GBP to the TND? I have rang a couple of travel agents and they said they don't know but all they can confirm is that it is a flat rate.
It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun

It used to be set by the government but with the revolution it seems to be a bit more flexible.

When I went earlier this year I bought a few from an (airside) changer at gatwick and the rate was worse than any of the banks in Tunisia.

    Have fun.

The Tunisian Dinar is officially a restricted currency and is only officially available in Tunisia (you are not supposed to take it into or out of Tunisia. You will also get a much better rate in Tunisia. The official rate is 2.20.
