Would like to join please.
Decided yesterday that i seriously needed some help with Christmas/birthday pressies and things for the home so entered some p/c comps from a magazine passed on to me.
Came to check for some os tips and found this thread. What a great idea and what timing! and much cheaper!
All i have to do now is to read the rest of the posts to find how to find all the comps!!

Hello and welcome Granny knits. Almost all of the comps posted on here are free to enter. You can do postcard comps as well as the challenge, just list the prizes separately. I am trying to stick to online just now to see how much I can win without any additional expense and if I can get comping to cover existing expenses.0

I don't really post here that often but I enter loads of competitions and thought I'd join in with the comping challenge. My internet cost me £60 for connection up till August, then it'll be £10.99 a month, so I'm aiming for about £104.
Can I check if my first 'prize' counts? I was one of the first 20 people to sign up for a David Lloyd 5 day trial from Marie-Clare and have recieved a backpack, towel, water bottle and pedometer.2007 comping challenge - Won £25 / need £1040 -

It was free and I got a free swim too - well I had to listen to some lady tell me about how good value the £45 per month membership was but she didn't push it when I said 'No Thanks'.
I've had a quick look on their website and it's worth about £25 :TI think I'm going to count it even though it's probally technically a freebie.2007 comping challenge - Won £25 / need £1040 -
Thanks for the welcome and tips Prudent.
I entered a few last night, fingers crossed!!
Don't know whether I'd manage to find 40 a day though!! It sounds as though it could be a part-time job. Even if I had the time, I can't imagine finding that many on a regular basis. Are there really that many out there??Trying to stay on the wagon with a FlyLady Daily Fix :j:j:j

I had a phone call yesterday to say i'd won a skirt for my daughter from a local magazine but apparently the supplier has run out of stock after appearing on 'The Dragons Den' but will send one as soon as they can, its a white skirt which comes with paints / crayons and the skirt as pictures on the bottom which can be coloured in and they come out in a hand wash, so it can be coloured time and time again and different each time. Not to sure how much it is worth. Will look up to see if the company as a website.0

Well done. What age is your daughter? I teach primary age children and a lot of the girls would like this prize.0

Hi Prudent
Spend most of my MSE time on the Freebies or Techie threads.
Never really bothered with online comps much, but decided that I would join all you guys in your quest after reading your sticky last night. Such a great idea you've had.0
