With all due respect to posters above, I am moved to correct misconceptions that CEL are based in Nottingham.

CEL are not, and never have been based in Nottingham. This (text removed by MSE Forum Team) in fact has always been operated from various locations in the London area by the head honcho, (text removed by MSE Forum Team).

The Nottingham address was merely a mail drop/forwarding facility provided by DBH Serviced Business Centres Ltd.
For a brief period CEL varied their arrangement with DBH, & changed their 'registered' address to (text removed by MSE Forum Team), a local Royal Mail delivery depot. Mail received at the depot was then delivered to the nearby DBH building, who in turn forwarded it to CEL to the address referred to below in NW9. (An average of 30/40 letters a day).

Following numerous complaints made by irate 'victims' to DBH, they (DBH) subsequently terminated their contract with CEL.
CEL then 'relocated' to the Horton House, Liverpool address where the same mail arrangements continue to date.

CEL have retained the phone number quoted which has a Nottingham area code, but this is just a recorded 24 hour payment line.

DBH House has been empty for some considirable time and the premises are currently For Sale/To Let.

Well, here is the main address GW doesn't want you to know about & is the nerve-centre of his diverse business empire:-

(Text removed by MSE Forum Team)

This is the address to which mail is forwarded from the (text removed by MSE Forum Team), mail-drop & prior to that from the Nottingham mail-drop addresses.
It is also the address from which their begging letters originate bearing that puzzling (text removed by MSE Forum Team) postmark.

To the OP, htrj - as you say, you've 'been had' and it's a real shame you 'fell for it' so quickly & so readilly.

Sadly, I have to agree with others here in that there is no chance of you recouping your money from CEL; your efforts to try and do so will be wasted and in vain.

However, should you wish to discuss matters personally with Mr Wayne, he can be contacted on (text removed by MSE Forum Team).

Put your error behind you and down to experience. I hope you as well as others finding themselves in comparable situations, learn from it.
