17th June - Missed a call from ****, voicemail was left but wasn’t picked up.
28th June - **** rings up in response to a letter sent about the vehicle, is told a message will be left for **** and she will ring him back the next day as she isn’t in the office.
 !
I'd possibly change that. What you're basically saying is that you received a voicemail from them on the 17th June, you were aware that they left a voicemail but you didn't listen to it.
11 days later you respond to a letter........
You could potentially be giving them something to manipulate into you being to blame.0

Do you know that what happened was unlawful? If not, I'd use the word "unauthorised", maybe.mummyplus3 wrote: »detailing the series of events that have led to the unlawful destruction of my car and property
[I'm certainly not saying that what happened was ok, but that doesn't necessarily mean it was against the law.]0
