is there a free program that i can print business size cards out

    The problem is that business cards are supposed to project an impression of you, so putting them onto the card that you can get through a home printer isn't going to result in anything substantial.

    I have cards from Vista Print; they are cheap and good quality.

    (I'm not associated with Vista Print in any way, other than as a paying customer - you can google the link.)

    ((But this has given me an idea for another thread - what home printer can do thick card?))

    I have a printer which takes 1.3mm card but checking others on Epson sites, it seems they have stopped listing paper weight in the tech specs

    Initially I think most of us would have agreed with you, but if you look back a few posts, the OP reveals that he needs these to make fake warrant cards for a coppers' stag do so I'm certain that beyond the glorious evening itself, they won't be too concerned about projecting any particular image of quality. :D
