I work in santander and for the flexi saver the sort code is 090000 acc no 00050005 and please ensure the rerference no is it this will be a letter usually R and 8 numbers then 3 letters at the end (the first 3 letters of ur surname or leading name on acc.
The 090126/ 090127 and now 090128 sort codes srre used for cash ISA accounts and current accounts.
If i was u i wouldnt bother saving in the flexi saver- interest rate is verry low, dependant on balance max rate is 0.5%
hope this helps

I was under the impression only non payment savings account use that method. Such as a branch saver or a first home saver.
Payment accounts have a sort code and account number.
My savings account with santander has a cashcard and it has an 090127 sort code and i can transfer money in and out of it.0 -
very few of them have that.
most flexible savers use the R number format and generic sort codes.0 -
Hi,
I had an Abbey National "Flexible Saver" account (or I think this is what it was called) which then became a Santander one.
When Santander sent me the cash card (which is red and has a Cirrus symbol on the back) the attached letter included my account number but not the sort code.
I was wondering if anyone knew what the sort code is for this account?
Thanks.
Sort code is 090000
Account number is 00050005
then your acc number goes as the reference (ie. X12345678ABC)
Santander use this generic sort code and acc no for most (but not all) savings accounts0 -

A flexi saver is same format as brsnch saver, first home saver and also fixed rate monthly saver. Most of the savings accounts we offer are in this format as mentioned before excluding the cash isa's.
Is your savings account an old isa? Or it maybe an old account that was opened a few years ago?
The flexi saver is 100% in the format mentioned in my earlier post.0
