Virgin £10 400 Text Bundle

Can someone please tell me how to subscribe to the Virgin monthly PAYG 400 Text Bundle @ £10? I'm sure that there's both a

URL on Virgin's website and
you can text something like "buy web 400" to 789789 ?

The bundle is £14 on-line but £10 if you text "buy web 400" to 789789

Can anybody actually use their account?. I can log in ok, but when I try to see details of my phone calls or to top-up, I just get a screen saying `oops ... `. Haven`t been able to do this for weeks now. And if I try to send them an e-mail using the link provided - that doesn`t work either.

Thanks for that . I`ll never use 400 texts in a month but my daughters might. I still can`t get to see my call history or top up my phone on line though. I know I can dial 789 and pay 10p to talk to a nice girl in South Africa (like last time) but what is wrong with their site?. I was in Ipswich today and meant to go into Virgin, but I forgot. Damn.
