Hi,

i lost my phone whilst shopping, so i called t-mobile up and they suspended my line and said they would issue new sim card with old number, does anyone know how long it takes to come through?

and also made a claim through my insurance, she quoted 15 working days from claim form recevied, is this aobut right?

    It took around three days to get a new sim card when my daughter had her phone nicked. Sorry can`t advise on the insurance as she didn`t have any at the time. Who do you have insurance with if you don`t mind me asking.

    i have it through my lloyds tsb bank account, think it's lifesuregroup? i am rubbish at keeping paperwork, but called them and gave my bank details and they took details no bother
