A SAR would be your only option. Probably £10 down the drain, but you might get lucky.
However, you may want to check whether PPI was a requirement of the loan or not first.0 -

Rwilson2703 - what digits do you have on your bank statement with regards to the Direct Line Loan? RBS are asking for more info but I only have a number on my bank statements and no wording that it's for Direct Line. Just saw your message and they said I had to have PPI too to warrant being accepted for my loan.0
