68 a week. You're very lucky. I'm on about 200 a day. Not much more you can do about it other than keep using Mailwasher.
If you have a website with your email address displayed try using email cloaking or a contact form. If not get a new email address and be very careful who you give it to.
When the net finally grinds to a halt under the weight of spam something might be done about it then.
Here's a good recent thread on spam

I have a couple of email address, my bt account comes with a spam filter which I use. I then have a different address with a different supplier and I forward all filtered e-mails to this account which I download via POP3. Those that get through I block with Outlook. It's taken some time but I get very little now that bothers me.0

I get no spam. Zero, zilch, nada. I don't even have filtering. I followed the advice here:

I bought my own domain, and use specific addresses for everything.
this site I am mse@mydomain.co.uk, If I were dealing with First Direct it would firstdirect@mydomain.co.uk
This makes it easy to cut out the spam as on the mail server (paid for hosting) I can select which addresses to let through and which to reject. This rejection is done prior to any collection so the send recieves a bounced e-mail, hopefully prompting them to remove the name from their lists.
If my firstdirect@mydomain.co.uk suddenly starts getting spammed I can quickly block it, create a new address for first direct (firstdirect1@) and also inform first direct of my new address firstdirect1@.. I know I only need to tell First Direct as that should be the only place I use the address. I could also e-mail first direct to make sure they hadn't put my address on any mailing list which may have ended up being a spammers list.
Less than a £5 for a domain, hosting is pretty cheap as well £15 a year, but not needed as mail forwarding can be included if you buy your domain from the right place. UK2.net did domain registration and basic web and mail forwarding but there are others.
Another feature of having your own domain is there is no need to keep changing addresses every time you change ISP.0 -
I have my own domain address name@surname.co.uk or should I say I my brother owns the domain I have an addy address .This is the one that gets the spam . I have others including the one I use for msn never get spam.0

I think the problem lies in the fact that you use one e-mail address for everything.
My strategy is to use a different e-mail address for every single website, company, person etc so t becomes easy to block without effecting all your other addresses.
I do also have a dummy address at hotmail and would use that anywhere I felt was likely to be hit by spammers. This is a throwaway address if it gets hit I would throw it away and make a new one.0 -
I use hotmail and yahoo for my main email addresses; their spam filters are pretty good, so little of it ends up in the inbox. I had to delete about a whole five spam mails in the last month, the rest was spotted automatically (and the yahoo account gets about 50 spam mails a day now).0

I also used to receive a lot of spam but started a new email account with https://www.mail2world.com a few years ago. Since then, although I've no spam filter installed, I 've not received a single spam email. The basic account is free, but if you want Pop3, it costs $20US a year. I have 2 e-mail addresses with them, one is Pop3 for my personal use, and the other used when buying on the internet etc.0

I have a Freeserve account (now Orange). Put the name of the company / person you are emailing in the bit before the @ and the rest is standard.
If you don't want a response use NOSPAM@yourname.freeserve.co.uk and set a rule online to permanetly delete from that address.
And it's FREE.
As a backup I use Mailwasher.0 -
I've set up multiple email accounts that forward to a few main email accounts. Every website I join is allocated a new email address. This means I can trace the source of spam and also deal with it by changing one email account.Happy chappy0
