I was thinking, whose to say that those death certs aren't stolen and the sellers concocted that rather sad story?

He's bid on gems, a barbie doll and dvd's!! (One of which is about September the 11th!!)

He's also sold hundreds of dollars of gems and his ME page boasts as such....

    http://cgi3.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&userid=gemhunterss05

twisted - check out his favourite links on his ME page! A !!!!!! auction site and paypal... wonder which one he gets bigger kicks from - lol!

can he be reported to ebay for this con?? He actually had me believing him!! He's conned $62 so far out of nice people!!

Look what he has just added to the auction:

Since so many of you are watching and viewing this auction, I decided that since I have listed the quantity at 10,000 I will give 20% to my local Aids Project. And another 20% to the Scleroderma Foundation. If the auction sells at least 6000. I think that's a fair and proper thing to do. After the auction is over, you can e-mail me and get the name of the local Aids project to verify I did what I say I will do.

He wishes he is going to sell 6,000! Plus he says he will donate 40% to charity AFTER 6000 are bought which quite frankly isn't going to happen!! This looks more and more like a scam each day :(

    Typical of America. Sick.

I have'nt bothered to look at the post under discussion because, judging by the comments here, it's obviously a scam. However, I do find rizla's remark to be both patronising and irritating. You will find dishonest people and scammers everywhere, in every country. I wonder why the US so often seems to be the object of this type of generalised scorn and derision.

Had rizla said 'typical' of Europe or Africa or Asia, he/she would undoubtedly have been accused of making sweeping statements or being racist.

By the way, I myself am British.

I agree - there is no need to make comments like this.
