Yes, it's that offer. I know it was a mistake of the web, but I am quite sure they can't cancel only half of the order (at least acording to spanish laws)

If so, there is your problem, you broke the T&Cs by using 2 vouchers in one order.

No, that's not the problem cause in some offers you can use 2 vouchers in only one offer, but in this one I was able to use 3. It was a problem of their website and I really think they have to deal with the mistake, not cancelling the orders.

I'll wait some days for a response and if the don't answer my email I'll try to call them and let's hope my english is good enough to explain this on the phone...
