I have ordered some items and used some discounts, now the have cancelled my order and send this email to me:

We're really sorry to let you know that we cancelled your recent order for a Pre-order game and Clothing offer as we suspected a breach of terms and conditions. Having looked into a large volume of genuine breaches we realised that we've cancelled your order in error.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this error. If you would like to take up this offer please contact us on the email address below and we will honour your original order.

I sent them an email on thursday in order to know what they wanted to do with my order and received no reply from them. What can I do?

PS\\ Sorry for my english.

Zavvi has some coupons that you can use if you spend more than X€, they had a problem and I was able to use 2 coupons in only 1 order. So instead of 90€, my order was 70€.

    Item A 0 discount
    Item B 20€ discount
    Item C 20€ discount

They sent the first item (the only one I didn't really cared) and cancelled the rest of the order.

I'm only guessing here and may be totally wrong but:

The game in question was a pre-order item and a lot of people order things like this so that they can get them on the day of release with the intention of reselling at a good profit.
Zavvi might not agree with people doing this, and so cancel any suspect orders, and in the process of doing so, cancelled the OP's by mistake.

There may well be a system where the games are sent out in the sequence that the orders were received, and by placing a new order the OP will go to the back of the queue.

Maybe, but the problem is the discount, I don't wanna buy the game at the full price and I don't want to pay 22€ for something I don't even care about (the shirt they have already sent), I order it cause I need it to use the coupon.

Email them on the address given and tell them to reinstate the order, at least they got back to you with an apopogy.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

    Have you tried telephoning them?
You might get a response quicker than waiting for an e-mail.
    Their number is 0844 264 0702.
    PS\\ Sorry for my english.
There's nothing wrong with your English, and it's far better than an awful lot of posts that appear on here.

And was there a T&C attached to the vouchers that only 1 could be used per order?

If so, there is your problem, you broke the T&Cs by using 2 vouchers in one order.

At least they cancelled it now and not come emailing you 3/4 months down the line asking for the money back
