It sounds like they're not pollinated. I have struggled to get my courgettes pollinated, no bees around for some reason. Can you get a small paint brush and poke it in the male flower and then brush it against the female flower? That's what I tried, whether it was me or an insect I don't know but every little helps.
Busy day here today. It's DD's sports day at lunchtime, need to cut back hedge (it's supposed to rain all week from tomorrow) and finish putting away the food shopping I got this morning. Nowt else to report. Not sure what's for tea, need to look at planner.
My mum and dad are back off their hols so it was nice to quickly pop round and give them both a hug

Morning All!
Woke up reasonably early, and cleaned the kitchen, plus all the mirrors, TV & stand and other glass surfaces. Have also done the bulk of the week's shopping and put it away. Haven't had to buy washing powder for literally months - and nearly fainted away with shock at the prices! How on earth do you lot with families to wash for manage? We two don't generate anything like the amount of washing that there was to do when the boys were growing up!
Glad to hear Lou is OK - thanks for the update JackieG.

Hi Chums beautiful day here today I have a small load of washing on the line and the sitting room is hoovered and tidy .kitchen swished around and I am just off to let DD dogs out and tidy up her kitchen The boys want some white grapes instead of sweeties when I pick them up from school so I knew my lock'n'lock tiny boxes would be useful for something I will put them in the coldest part of the fridge so they will be cold by 3.00
Davy emailed me this morning as it was our eldest brothers birthday today he would have been 74.Davy is battling on with his chemo and I have promised to send him some Corsodyl as its hard to ge where he lives in France .Chemo does give you horrible mouth ulcers and Corsodyl is very good in keeping them at bay.He is having it weekly at the moment so feels very tired and washed out.he hates being poorly bless him as he is normally so active.Still fingers crossed He's got through a lot more than this in his life .
<<hugs >> to the rest of you who are worried or sad about rellies.Life can be a bi%%h at times but it beats the alternative.
Take care everyone

Just popping my head round the door to see what everyone is up to. Haven't been in for a couple of days & there seems to be LOADS of catching- up for me to do! Lovely and sunny here today, but rain forecast for the rest of the week, so I'm trying to get as much washing as possible done today!
Very pleased with myself this week for zapping the overdraft last month - not a huge amount, just an annoying creep into the red for the last few months - back on track now though:T0 -
