you'll be fine. The criteria states you have to have returned less than two thirds, e.g, as long as you have KEPT a third which you have you'll be fine. I think it's just to get rid of time wasters who order 100 items and keep 10!:rotfl:

Just a tip - I often don't get an email through until the day or so before the sale but am able to register for a VIP slot via being logged into my account. So...I don't really bother checking to see if I have an email or not...just keep looking at my account.

I got a vip card in the post today it said vip registration available from 12 noon today :j

Just spoken to customer services who confirmed its from 12 and I have a slot:j:j:j only trouble is I can't get to a computer today so relying on my nephew and sister to log in and book it for me fingers crossed!!!!
