got my invite through the post this morning too. when i log in the screen says 'vip registration coming soon'

No, it doesnt mean that you wont get a slot, I have just found out ive got a slot, just logged into what you have & i have too got the same message as you, so dont worry, fingers crossed youll get one X

Just noticed the comment about returning less than two thirds of goods ordered in the year. I had a mid-season VIP slot but the ordering went haywire and I ended up with 6 of this and 6 of that. I obviously had to return quite a bit through no fault of my own so I'll wait and see if I get a slot. Had one at each sale for years now so it remains to be seen whether they'll enforce this new rule.

well its a wonder they are giving me one i usually phone them and complain about the slightest thing and end up with gift cards or credit applied to my account xx

fingers crossed then, but previously when i've had this screen i'v ento got a slot :-(
has anyone who has phoned and had confirmation got the "only selected customers" screen when logged into their acc and on the previous holding page?

i got thru the vipsale page to log in, but no mention of the sale. then closed the page and went back to https://www.next.co.uk/vipsale and it has a cross saying only open to selected accounts, looks like i'm not getting one this year

I don't know, isn't that the page everyone is getting until 12.00? If people who have been carded so far this AM haven't been coming on saying VIP slots open, then, maybe they aren't yet.
