I have just paid my bill and the same has happened for me! Once my payment had gone through I had a box on the left asking if I wanted to be considered for the VIP sale, one of the extra criteria this time (I've never noticed it before) is that you have to have returned less than a 1/3 of your orders. I clicked on the box, so now to wait and see. I have been really lucky in getting a slot in the past few sales so don't really mind if I don't get one this time - I don't agree that they pick randomly and I think that everyone should get a fair shot. Maybe they always had these criteria and they weren't "dealbreakers" but did affect whether you were likely to get an invite or not and now they are just making them a bit more known?

On my account my balance is 0.00, my last payment was made in April. I have never returned any items. I have not received any recent catalogues. The last one i received was the Spring Summer one i think. How are u usually informed of VIP slots?

I've had it by way of postcard in post, email but best way is to keep logging into your account and it will say something about VIP slot and inviting you to book your slot - earlier the better;) Might be worth checking your settings in personal info for how Next contact you with offers etc mine set to yes to be informed of any sales, new collections etc via email

My statement method is paper format...? So would they contact me via post.

No mines the same, if you go into "my account" then select contact details make sure email is ticked!!

In previous sales the slots are available to book around 1-2pm on the Sunday before the first slot on Wed! :j
