Maybe they have thrown their dummy out of the pram after Consumer Focus showed Ofgem how to really deal with an errant energy company? Good riddance as far as I'm concerned.0

I imagine it will make absolutely zero difference. If they get bought by another one of the big six then all this means is less competition in the market place. If they get bought by a new entrant (eg GDF Suez) then they will retain all the same systems and procedures.Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world

It seems more likely that the big six will become 5, at the moment anyway
