But if you're looking for an investment and you aren't Bulgarian it's probably a terrible time to buy there?
World real estates will fall by 20%. So when will people or investors earn profit from real estate investments.

Bulgarian properties or real estates are at their lowest price since there are heavy discounts. So price of these properties cannot fall any further.

Whereas world real estates price will start reducing or fall now. This is my understanding.

Unless they are priced at £0 they can fall further. You have not given any good reason why they should rise other than some of them are in pretty areas and they are cheaper than they used to be. The same is true for many places in the world but that does not mean there is about to be a worldwide rise in prices.

You need to explain why demand is about to go up and/or why supply is about to go down. Without good solid reasons for those it just sounds like a salesman's wishful thinking.

No Dunstonh. He just said that "world" property prices will fall by 20 per cent, but he believes that Bulgaria is out of this world. Presumably it is on the same planet as the one he lives on: which is not the planet that we inhabit!

I'm planning to buy some property in Bulgaria. Is it worth any attention or not? Its kind of complicated to analyse the market in Balkan region. Please, give me any comments and probably some good places for investment in EU

No, it is not worth any attention. And don't trouble yourself by analysing the market, or you will only end up worried. Just give your money away, and you will achieve the same result in the end.

    Bulgaria is the "next Switzerland"

In what way in particular ?

Is it going to become a confederation of cantons ?
Will it's main industries be Chocolate Making, Cuckoo Clocks and dodgy private Banking ?
Is FIFA going to move it's HQ to Sofia ?

    ......??

    >> I know this because I am associated with one of the biggest real estate companies in Bulgaria.
Hasn't quite got the hang of ramping but can't fault the honesty.
