Rowridge reception issue

I have tried researching this, but cannot find any non technical result.
I have a portable digital in the bedroom, and it is attached to a Philex SLxA Amplified Digital Set-top Aerial. This is pointed to the Rowridge transmitter, and I am maybe 10 miles away by crow.
Good reception until recently on the main 4 channels. Suddenly, I cannot get ITV or Channel 4? I have tried retuning several times, and whilst I changed the aerial to horizontal from vertical, this only added loads of freeview adult channels!
R'ridge appears to be on normal strengths etc.
Any ideas please?
