T- Mobile client for 9 years! change tariff worst deal than new client

Please help! I've been a T- Mobile costomer for 9 years and have a tariff of 1200 mins 500 text only (no phone or add ons) £30.00 per month.
My phone has broken so desided to get them a call to see what they could offer.
3 calls and manager callback in their disconnection dept, and the best they can offer me is 900 mins 500 text unlimited data, unlimited landline for £30 per month on a 24 month contract and the HTC Desire S.
No different to a new costomer! I've threatened to leave and they still have not taken on board 9 years of loyalty to them! All I want is the above package but 1200 mins instead of 900mins.
I think this is not an unreasonable request?
Any ideas on what to do next? Leave to another network?
Any advice would be great!
Many thanks

1200+500 is £20 at chitter-chatter (the same t-mobile)
1500+unltd is £18 at talkmobile
(30-18)*12=£124
You can buy a good sim-free phone on the saved money without being tied into a long contract.0 -
Ask for PAC. You just might get what you want.0

As the two gents above suggest, just leave, there is very little bonus for being loyal, well not to you the customer
