New digiral camera advice please

Options
Looking for a camera to go in changing bag/ handbag.

Usual family pictures. Would like a decent zoom for concerts.

Partner is looking at this one as its around our budget!

    It will do the job, but like all compacts, pictures taken indoors or at night will not be as good as you think.

    I am using Nikon which was a replacement for an older Nikon. I would recommend them they are easy to use and last. And that's a great price from Argos!

    Thank you. Its just for family pics, concerts etc. Have reserved it so hopefully wont disappoint
  • avoid Argos with a barge pole. I personally will never buy anything from argos (unless it is so cheap I know that they are loosing out).

    If I was going to buy a camcorder I would goto the camera store (jacobs) and ask which will be the best types.
    Then check online to look for the best deal

    We are rural so shops are limited. John Lewis have price matched but unfortunately not available for delivery so argos it is

    Argos is just the supplier... You are buying Nikon camera that in my opinion is great and hopefully like me you will not be dispaointed.
  • If you can up your price a little ................ The Lumix TZ8 is on offer at Argos, cracking camera and a good price at the moment !
